Based on our long-accumulated experiences and know-how as Toyo Techno Engineering Co., Ltd of manufacturing split-type bearing metals, we have continued research on split-type roller bearings.
As a result of our research activities to improve manufacturing technologies, we are now able to supply bearings of the highest quality, performance and cost-efficiency.
For the Division Type, every component is divided in half.
This has enabled us to be the first manufacture to use bearings for anomalous crank shafts.
To produce a perfectly circular bearing, attach the bearing to the shaft in the same way as in bearing metals. Specifically, insert the lower bearing into the bearing case and cover it with the upper bearing, then put the clamp ring and bolt them together.
By using a Division Type Roller Bearing, we can design and manufacture compact equipment.
The compact equipment design allows us to easily check and test it without touching any other parts, and also quickly exchange halved bearings.
Division Type Roller Bearings are custom-made. We can accept orders of any number (from one set).
